Recruitment is carried out based on various criteria related, in particular, to the quality of the applicant’s educational background, skills, personality and personal traits.
As preference is given to recruitment of associates following practical training within the firm, Cabinet CPB pays great attention to the quality of its recruitment and the evolution of its associates.
Practical training

Cabinet CPB proposes practical training in the field of tax law throughout the year. The minimal training period is 6 months.
The firm gives preference to lawyers who are enrolled in the CRFPA and who already hold a post-graduate diploma (Master II, DESS, DJCE or DEA) in tax law, but also post-graduate students studying tax law.
As the training programs are in principle remunerated within the framework of a training agreement, all applications, which must specify the dates on which the applicant is available, should be sent by letter or e-mail to the following addresses:
